I'm thinking add preflight in my ftp
What is different between ae and pitstop server

If you already have Automation Engine (Esko) with the ‘Preflight with Pitstop’ ticket then you can create a preflight workflow and attach it as a hotfolder to your ftp. Use the Pitstop Profile Editor app you can install from the same place you install AE Pilot to edit your preflight profiles.

It's the same technology Xavi.
I think the only major difference is that PitStop Server includes the Adobe PDF Library for transparency flattening, but I assume AE can do that as well just in a different place.

What sort of modifications? PitStop Server is very capable of modifying files (adding, removing, changing elements).

You can perform both PitStop Preflight AND PitStop Actions in the Automation PitStop ticket, either all in one ticket or in sequence in a workflow. This in addition to the all the other tickets to modify PDF's in AE.
