Guys, I need some help, always when booting my machine it presents the following error: "A0116 Media Handling Failure" Does anyone know what the problem is?

This is a fatal error, do you have a plate stuck inside the machine ? Air pressure ok, do you hear solenoids engaging during init sequence ?

My machine had been showing errors during the recording and I saw a defect in a plate as shown in the image, I asked for the repair to be done, I put the plate in place and started showing this error.
