Agfa Exposure test - shadow on film

Hello,
We are getting shadows on our films when we print screens. We tried an exposure test and this shadow covered most of the film. Can anyone explain what this is and how to get rid of it?
Also, do on site service technicians still exist for an Agfa Avantra 30 imagesetter? Needed in IL.

This picture doesn't clearly show what exactly is the problem.
It seems to show a lot of unnecessary light reflections.
But, if you refer to a large "stain" in the middle, my guess is that your vacuum didn't hold the film flat on the drum surface during exposure.

Quite possible, but mostly looks like film's wave on the drum surface
