When the media ran out during imaging, we were unable to advance the media so that we could place a new roll in the machine. We opened the machine up and tried to advance the media but this did not work so we opened the lid to release the tension on the film and we still unable to remove the film so we had to use the cut button in order to remove the cassette. When we cut the film, the remaining small piece of film fell between the feed rollers and disappeared. Now we are unable to load a new roll, the machine attempts to load the new film but errors out with the following codes: 05, 06, 07, 09 and 23.
