Hi Forumer,
today I got an ugly surprise, after few jobs Apogee Client (Prepress 6) went on strike.
It show me a message where it said: "unable to connect to server. If the problem persist, please check the server. Connection failed: client's ping not responding. Are DNS correct?"
This happens on 3 apple workstations.
(I send you the screenshot, but it's in italian…)
What I tried to solve it:
- call the customer support… but no answer
- reinstall client… but doesn't solved
- check all the DNS in every system… but I haven't found nothing different so, this doesn't solved
- unplug any device from my internal net and test only a workstation directly connected with server… but doesn't solved
Someone hit the problem?
