Avantra 25 imaging problem

Hi, I try to help a friend who obtain strange lines when he output an internal test with his Avantra. (picture attached)
I have inspected his machine and the DEC board seems to been changed recently.
The Avantra boot without problems but impossible to output a job or a simple test.

Here is information of the machine :

First output an exposure test from the machine itself and let me know if you will get the same result.If not and the exposure test is O.K then suspect APIS board , and the Rip computer. If the result is the same DEC or Carriage board might be defected, but check the earth to the machine before jumping to conclusion.

Thanks for your reply Armya.
The picture attached is a film processed from an internal exposure test.
We have checked the earth with an electrician and it is very good.

I suspect DEC board but I need a confirmation.

So I would like to connect with Unidiag to check communication with DEC board.
I know it is a null modem db9 > db25 cable.
Is the picture attached shows good pin connexions? (picture 1 is the simple version and picture 2 is the full pin connected)

Cable null modem is made and the connexion between Unidiag and DEC board is ok.
All DEC Tests, continuous 10 cycles, are done without any error.
OCP FlashROM Checksum, continuous 10 cycles test, no error.
Boot Tests, continuous 10 cycles test, no error.

I send those commands to check communication between DEC and carriage board :
carriage home, carriage center, spot size change, and so one, all is OK

Now I will use Avdiag on monitor mode and send an internal exposure test to see if any error occurs during test.

Do you have any suggestion?

The software that is loaded on this Dec bd is not correct. DSP software is wrong. Correct software should be A6.0C. Need to know what the part number is on the

I saw that DEC bd was replaced but I never work on this machine before.
My friend told that he replaced DEC because Avantra was not booting.
I don't know more about it.

I suspect a bad software but I didn't reload any software because the Avantra is working well except bad image.
I fear to load bad software and make worst than before.

Now you confirm there is bad DSP software I can try to load it.
I search in my library and I have the good one I think : DSPA60C.HEX

Yes, DSPA60C.hex is correct. Loading correct software my fix problem. I don't understand, why you did not get some sort of error on boot up. If loading correct software doesn't work, I would get a new DEC bd.

Update : Unidiag ask me correction table file but I don't think I have the good one.
I only have this : COR_12HS.HEX
