Weak lens jam, actually "Focus Jam" error #38.
Error 43 - Unknown SPI Command

Errors like 155 and 156:
Diag to DEC K-4 handshake failed
and
DEC K-4 offgate register failed tell me that you have Avantra main board (DEC K-4)
problem.
Errors are fatal and you need AGFA Serviceman in your site to perform the diagnostics in full, and possible (but I think "mainly") to replace and to reprogramm DEC board.

Gamal, So you noticed errors 43, 155 , 156 and prior to those, the "weak lens jam" error. Then you called the Tech in. This is your story or you had another scenario.
