Blurred Edges - Screen ptr4300 -- Support needed.

Dear All,

We appreciate any help on Screen PTR 4300 having blurred edgs on plate sizes 72cm (Grip edge in the middle of the plate) and 74 (both sides) only, and is PERFECT on GTO and MO sizes!!!

Attached is a 74 cm blurred edge plate at Anti-Grip side.

We have changed the trail edge clamps recently and we had no issues for a while, we reverted to the old clamps but have got the same results.

Is vacuum ok? No dirt on the drum? Did you test different batch of plates? If you rotate plates 180 degrees error stays in the same place?
