Is anybody still running one of these? Can you suggest what coated stock runs best on this machine? We have tried Ris value gloss and Chorus Gloss, both resulting in very splotchy prints on both text and cover.

First question "Is anybody still running one of these" needs to be rephrased to "Is anyone ABLE TO KEEP ONE OF THESE RUNNING"

Second question - When we had ours the best sheet we fond was Futura, hands down it ran the best.... when the 4000 was able to run.
