Card lamination issues from Ricoh

Hi All.
Can anyone of you good people help with this issue.
We are running printed sheets on PVC ( on Ricoh Pro 7100x) and place an overlay on either side and then laminated in Lamination oven.
After all these years it worked fine but now we see these bubbles forming after the lamination.
we tried different temp settings on laminator but still no joy.
Even wiping the sheets for dust.
Its fine on the print!.
I have attached examples of the error.
Has anyone had a similar problem?.
We are using Y2K Green for Life Universal toner which were not an issue before.

I would ask if the chemistry of the ink has recently changed.
Has it been subjected to extreme temps before use? Hot or Cold.
Any chance it got contaminated?
(All I got. Good luck)

Hi Gents. No Contamination at all as I decanted the toner colours from the bags separately on different days.
I guess the Universal toner does not take to heat lamination as the package shows the Toner can be used on a wide range of print models.
I will change back to Ricoh Inks as a process of elimination.
