Challenge Titan 265 soft clamp issue

The cable, pictured below, on our soft clamp broke and we cannot find the part listed in our spec sheet or on any of the machine diagrams. Can anyone tell me the actual name of the part and where we can purchase them? I did a reverse image search on Google and it just pulls up motorcycle parts.

We've checked that website but couldn't find the part. Our model isn't a TC so the schematics aren't exact. Thanks for the reply though.
