Check List for Press Set up

I am looking for a check list of some sort to give my press room to fill out for
Press Proofing. I remember seeing one at one point but cant remember where.

I want to be able to have them follow a check list and set up to it all the time...Wishful thinking !

Just in the last year our press set up has changed due to new technology and will
continue to change. Our change was going shaftless on a double wide web press.

The best idea I can think of is to get you lead press personnel together and develope a check list for your press, because your lead operators should know the best way to set up you press.
