Recently we buy films for our avantra 44 from second film factory lucky group (china) the problem is the films comes out dirty with some white spots especially in the beginning area of the films.
In every day operation the first film is out from the processor is ok, but the rest it's out very dirty we solve the problem by cleaning the films with a fixer chemical manually but this is very discomfort and difficult action .
We are 100% sure from our machine and processor because when re image from another cassette contains another brand media there is no problem.
We are using chemicals from lucky brand also both the fixer and developer .
We try to change concentration of the developer and fixer to solve our problems but this not work , we try mix 1+2 instead of 1+3 .

Any suggest we are welcome

Re: Chineese film problem syndrome

have you tried slowing the speed of the proccessor down. or turning the temp of the fixer up or down a couple degrees. I doubt changing the dev would help. if your density is okay it is probably a fixer issue.
are you using hardener in the fixer? try removing the hardner
