Does anyone know what exactly the circular (euclidean) means in Esko Ink manager? Is it basically the same as circular?

To be clear (because I didn't cover Esko's unique naming in that post) - Esko's screening nomenclature is:

"Round (Fogra)" Short name "R"- This is what most vendors call Euclidean: Round/Square@50%/Inverted Round
"Circular (Euclidean)" Short name "C" - Round through the tone scale.
"Double Circular" Short name "F"- Round/Square @ around 75%/Inverted Round
