Cloud-based Workflow for Smaller Printers: Good2Go

Good2Go Software—founded in 2020—is a new, cloud-based (SaaS) workflow solution providing a variety of file/document services that help small to medium sized commercial printers collaborate remotely with print buyers.

Built from the ground-up, on the latest cloud platforms & technology, Good2Go is designed to be simple to use & cost effective—printers can be up and running in 15-minutes or less. The solution provides a core set of job on-boarding & print management services, with a range of features to keep jobs organized by date, remind customers of deadlines, and ensure layouts are good-to-go for error free printing. Expected availability in the U.S. is late summer-2021, with monthly subscriptions starting at $50.00 (USD) a month. ROW availability will be later in the year & into 2022.

With a 5 or 10-user license, teams can be built where jobs can be assigned from one team member to another to complete different production tasks. If there is a defined deadline, Good2Go will automatically send email reminders to help keep people, tasks & jobs on-time.
