Does anyone know what program created the report shown in the attached file?

It looks like QA2000 or Color Master from X-rite.

Our In house ink department had a program that gave similar reports

It looks like software I used many years ago to check PMS color variance for flexo inks we mixed. Something from X-rite sounds right.

I believe its Xrite SpectroStart, or another Xrite product using a similar UI. We used this years ago when missing Chromalin toner.

X-RiteColor Master. software costs about 800 to 1000$ i believe.
