I'm wondering about cost on this process. Complete set up. From the front end to the Screen room . Can anyone direct me where the best place to look is.

Check out the DLE from CST a German firm. It's an excellent machine at a good price with good support.
It uses a moving light head to expose the screen with light and the quality of screens is excellent..
Steer clear of the waxjet machines from Luscher etc as they will cost you a lot of money for the wax and the heads are not that reliable.. the results though are good...
