Connection to Achieve Platesetter Issue

Got this message when I got in this morning when trying to connect to the platesetter:
" The output device software cannot find any media names configured in this output device.
- There may be a problem with the startup sequence for the output device and workstation.
- There may not be any media tables configured in the output device.
Click QUIT and try to start the Print Console software again.
If the error persists, contact your service representative. "

Has anyone had this come up before and how did you fix it? All my (local) desktop computers were having problems and the only thing that happened over the weekend is the cleaning people came in...

Hi - hope you got it working.
It appears there are no specifics to your question - there are a plethora of possible products.
* This is in the Kodak forum though.
1. No 'workstation' software named.
2. No specific 'output device' named.
Etc.

Possible Quick fix, Shut down plate setter and pc. Unplug cables, wait a minute, reconnect and restart everything. Cross fingers.

Sorry for the lack of information. This is an Achieve Platesetter (2015) and we're using PrintConsole (not sure what version but can find out) running on Windows 7 if that helps. I was able to get the software to tell me to "Check Image Head" once when it errored trying to initialize. They have multiple computers running through a switch and I've tried just running the network cable to the Prinergy EVO server and then to the Platesetter Computer bypassing the switch entirely and going to the platesetter, but no luck. Ever since they went DHCP on the network, I've had nothing but problems....No idea on how to check the image head....

You have a corrupt file, do you have access to service shell or Odtools you have to restore a backup of your Ctp from 1 or 2 days ago.

I do have Odtools and I opened the program but to be honest, I really don't know what the steps I would need to follow to restore a backup to the device.
