CP2000 Touch Screen

Does anyone know how to calibrate the touch screen sensitivity?
I show up in my plant in MX and they are banging on the screen to input sheet sizes.

If the machine / software is not to old....

place your machine at stand stil! press the suction head on and plus and minus (+/-) at he same time (3 buttons at the same time (the air punp is getting on but you can simply turn it of again) If everything went ok you can calibrate the screen now...

I also found another way. Start at the service screen. Open the right side control cabinet on the console. On the I/O board are 2 gel buttons. Press the bottom botton and a Heidelberg button appears on the service screen. Open it and there is a calibration button just follow the prompts.
