ctp topsetter error E421e electrical error

Dear friends
I am in a trouble with my topsetter 74 . When I output a job from the rip I got Error Message on the display. Exactly when the panel says burn out E421e electrical error then I click to details appear E421e PGON signal is not negated my tech says is the interface board .
But if I do a test without the rip I do not have any problem please Kindly advice on what could be causing this.

It is bad connection of the PIF cable, the PIF board (interface board), or broken cable. I am sorry but the technician told you the correct answer.
