DPM 34SC and Scanmaster

I have a customer who needs the software discs for the DPM rip and Scanmaster. Their rip computer died and they don't have the software to reload. Please PM me if you can help.

Ask AB Dick for SoftWare, if your customer have a dongle with Serial Number.
Provide them S/N in the request to get SW free.

We can give it a try. Preasstek/Mark Andy aren't known for doing things for free.

I was able to get the installer disks. The software loads and the rip works, however the USB driver for the interface doesn't. Ive let windows search and have also looked manually but I don't find the driver. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm running on XP pro.

USB to connect RIP -> DPM ???
May be Differential SCSI or am I too far from today?
Do you use a BlueBox interface?

No blue box. A USB cable comes directly out of the DPM. The 2340 had SCSI.
