Duplo DC-645 (rotary score module) Blades Jumping

we have a problem with our duplo with the blades jumping. they are losing contact with one another. any ideas on why this is happening and how to solve it?

could you provide a movie with this problem? I dont know if I have similar issue but in my case I needed to retighteen the screws on the circular blade. It loose the sharp and to survive a little more need to do it.

please see attached PDF for a photo. two blades are not lining up properly, they are too far apart. I can adjust the tilt but cannot raise the blades close enough to achieve a good cut.
