Durst & OMET have introduced the new OMET XJet. It’s powered by Durst, and is an integrated hybrid solution for a wide range of high-performance labels & packaging applications.

This hybrid printing platform integrates Durst’s Tau 330 digital inkjet—featuring 8 color stations—with OMET X6 flexo & converting units: including cold foil, hot foil, lamination, varnishing, die-cutting and slitting. It reportedly offers a wide-range of flexibility & applications while streamlining workflow. The hybrid press can be used in 3 configurations: hybrid, flexo stand-alone, or digital stand-alone, according to the user’s needs.
