Eastcom CTP machine laser out of service

We are newly installed East-com CTP Machine and after create 10,000 plate one of it's laser unit out of service. Is it problem with the machine, laser unit or just life time ended?

This message is 6yrs old. Eastcom has made so many modifications now. Their 2years warranty on all parts, I think is very good.
