J have recently bought and eco 1630 with harlequin Rip and dongle
to start with everything was fine
I switched on the computer on morning and it booted up as normal when i clicked on the rip icon it opened and then it closed it gave me an error message from Dr ??? application error
I cannot get by this message and hence no plates I do not have any install disks for this machine it is current software is version 5,1
The operating program is Windows NT
Can anyone help please
