Ranpak Holdings Corp. (“Ranpak”) (NYSE: PACK)—sustainable, paper-based packaging solutions has acquired Recycold Cool Solutions BV (“Recycold”)— manufacturer of sustainable cool packs.
Recycold makes their Cool Packs from drain-safe, plant-based gel, now sold in 14 European countries, with worldwide expansion planned. Recycold’s aim is to make sure every manufacturer, supplier or store can reach their customers with fresh & cooled products with a focus on using eco-friendly materials that are recyclable & suitable for passive cooling, in the last mile of distribution.
