If it's legit to sale/transfer trying to upgrade after buying used your buyer could have serious issues with Esko. You should certainly review the EULAs, original purchasing documents and with Esko to make sure that a buyer doesn't get screwed. Depending on what you've already agreed to with them Esko very well may be willing to broker a deal, ensure upgrade paths or just simply buy it from you themselves.
