Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

- Demonstrable technical understanding of the UV process and numerous application techniques.
- Minimum 5 years direct sales into UV Printing or Coating Clients
- Flexo or Digital Printing Sales experience a Plus
- Ability to travel when necessary
- Capable of communicating message from Owner level to shop floor
- Able to work independently in a small lean, fluid, collaborative environment
- Proficient in EXCEL, WORD, or similar software
