Find and Replace

Say that I have about 1,000 instances of Zapf Dingbats with a baseline shift of -1 pt. Some have a -.6 pt baseline shift.
(These are over 80 or so layers).

I know how to find and replace over lots of layers. I do that all the time.
Is there a way to replace ALL Zapf Dingbats to a NON baseline shift?

Probably did a Find/Change using GREP, where you can specify attributes of text to find.

Yes, exactly. Worked like a charm. I needed to find a zapf dingbats (9.75 size) with a baseline shift of -1 pt.
I created a font (In Fontographer) where I manipulated the particular glyph that I need down 1 point.
So, I wanted to end up with the new font in place and NO baseline shift....
VOILA.
100 instances changed in 2 minutes including the time to set it up
