Finished product Semi Gloss on Coated Substrate....

Hi there,
Need some help figuring out why we are experiencing dull/semi gloss finish on coated materials.
We have the Ph. and conductivity correct and did calibration recently using gracol standards. Our rollers are set properly which was done by Heidelberg Technicians. what happens is that the print matches the proof when it wet and after it dries it fades.

Your inks seem to have a lot of dry back. With that said, oft times a reduction of gloss is carried along with that on coated stocks. A Kromekote stock would be an excellent example of this. A higher solids ink series or spot with good structure can help you with that. D
