We have a problem with the laser on the machine. When we upload a plate and it takes it in, the laser does not want to go to the start position for the second plate. We have to reset the machine and after the reset it takes the plate in, sometimes we have to reset a couple of times and then it works normally. Does anybody know what could be the problem?

what is the error on mmi or on rip station..

It says: ERROR 190 FATAL SETUP LASER MODULE.

Sometimes after every offset plate we have to restart the machine. Sometimes it happens all day, sometimes we have to restart it 2 or 3 times and after that everything is OK.

I forgot to tell you that we cleaned the golden ruler as a suggestion from another member.
