Anyone know what this is or how to fix it?

Unit is dropping 4up plate in cylinder after exposure.

Applicator Output Sensor Failed To See Plate During Flush (Must Reboot To Continue)

Error Code in Event Log: A C0=41057013, C1=05020018, D0=8580303c

Thanks,
Mark

You have the answer from the machine - Sensor problem at Applicator.
My advice - don't try to fix that problem if you do not know Applicator removal-install procedures!

Problem Solved!

There are 3 plate proximity sensors in the cylinder. 1 on the way into the cylinder, 1 on the way out of the cylinder and 1 out of the cylinder on the way to the exit roller assembly. Cleaned them off with a Q-Tip and Windex.
