We have problem with CTP GALILEO VS8 in the moorning when i run the Galileo Control Console i have for the first error :

- ERROR A1061/Vacuum setting out of range, problem with vacuum Sensor.

There is a PCB called Vacuum board sensor. It do not sense enough air pressure or is defective.

What I suggest is the followings to do:

1- Open the cover and locate the Vacuum Board sensor. Refer to attached file.
2- Look for any sign of oil, moisture or water in the Vacuum box and hoses. Dry and clean them.
3- Check the compressor for proper functionality and make sure the oil and water filters are ok and replace the Filters if necessary.
4- Change Vacuum Board sensor parameter to 0. The machine is functional. You can image the plates.
5- Order and replace the PCB.
6- Change the Vacuum Board sensor parameter to 1.
