I know this is an old thread but I just saw it and thought someone may benefit from this link:

We used this several years ago with new employees and it was a great way to give them a headstart to learning the printing business. I haven't looked at it lately so I" not sure how much it's been updated for today's technology but even if some of the info is outdated I would want my employees to be familiar with it.
