Have code 4-350 in a Docucolor 5000...need Help!

Hi,

I have a code 4-350 when the printer will start to print and the technician told me that is the Fan problem but the fan do not have part number because is not a stock part and in Xerox they told that these fan is a lifetime part...please help me!

If its the fan at fault, it should be spared, I have a part number for a UK part!

Can you give me the part number or can you sell me the fan, in United States the part in not spaired and I need to resolve asap.

The European part number is 127k48591 for the blower fan, however if the part is not spared in the US the tech should be able to escalate the problem and get it stripped from another machine. Hope this helps!
