Head Strike on my HP 8000

hi all
i have a HP 8000 and i recently started to use a different photo gloss paper which was a lot cheaper , it prints beautifully but im getting intermittent head strikes across the print ?

did you try raising the print head height?

Try raising your head. Drop your print bed temperatures and keep your room at a constant temperature of about 20 degrees.
