HEIDELBERG SM-52 Anicolor or Conventional Press?

Hallo everyone,

Am torn between an SM-52 with Anicolor or Just a conventional SM-52 four color machine.

Initially I had settled on the Anicolor but realised its cheaper than the latter which drew me back wondering why?

Anicolor 2008 is being sold for EUR 110,000 while a Conventional 2004 model Is EUR 150,000.

All suppliers do not seem to give me a straight answer, so if anyone could help me with the pros and cons of the two, I will really appreciate.

It's because of the inking system difference on both models, Anicolor is a great system but in terms of maintenance costs it is more expensive to maintain. Also with anilox type inking system you need to set different screening parameters than the conventional.
