Hi, what is the error you got when loading? Or is it the software that not allows you to define the media size?

Dear LoWang,
Thanks for you replay.
I used Creo Print consul 2.2 and didn`t support this size.
I want to install a new size like as 415*521 mm.
Please advice me if i need new software or need new configuration in media size ?

Hi,
could you reset the machine (via the reset button in Print Console) and post the messages from Messages window when machine is starting up?

No, not really (what do you mean you put two plates in?), the log from printconsole will show the min and max plate format specs.
Just reset and take a look at message window - min. plate format accepted by Trendsetter.

Dear LoWang,
I see now at print console massage window min. size 45.9x45.9 mm.
If i reset it, will change the min. size ?
If ok, please tell me how to reset print console ?
Thanks for your help.

Hi Mohamed ,
There is no problem (I guess) with printconsole - the Trendsetter itself define the plate formats it can load and then reports it to software. There is an example in picture below.
Check the values I marked on it and let me know.
It might be firmware version, hardware revision or so.
Just note or take a picture from pc and post it.
And one more thing: its base version and not the AL (autoloader)?

regards

What is your exact machine type? Basic, autoloader, spectrum?
Normally a TS800 should take minimum plate size 394x330mm
Are you sure you entered all values correctly ?
What media type is used for this size?
In the device, in the media settings, is the mcode set to 0 (aluminum plate) for this media?
Post here captures from:
>>set media x (x is your media number)
>>mode
>>set config
>>set gc

Print Console have to be up and running, then from top menu choose Device Reset and then make a PrintScreen on message window (scroll content to show what I have done in my picture).

Could you please post the information I asked for?
I suspect your media is not defined as aluminum plate in the device.

Dear LoWang,
if i choose device reset, it will remove all configuration in the print console ?
like as media size and configuration media size ?

Best regards

No, don't worry, it will reset the trendsetter (re-start) only...

check print console media settings carefully..specially the mainscan (around the drum) and subscan (along the drum). Make sure the media size has correct media setting. Must match to what was setup at Service Shell.
