HELP - DPM error code 37?

Hi:

We have a DPM 34 (Presstek) & have been down for 2 days now, service call has been placed but still a day or 2 away.

Does anyone know what the following error codes mean?
PCC event#6040 (typically a feed error but there are NO jams)
Internal Error, please re-try job
Error 37
Slow scan motion failed

Any comments or direction would be helpful

I don't know the DPM 34, but a slow scan error in most devices indicates a problem with the screw drive that moves the optics across the plate. It could be a problem with the motor or bind or obstruction.

Screw drive motor, motor encoder or motor driver problem.
You need a professional look at that problem to find roots, be patient!

I mostly get this message on Monday mornings, after the shop's heat has been turned down all weekend.
