I found solution by visiting russian forums. They're incredible.
The guy fixed my problem with one line of text.
providing You know how to use google translator.
Not forgotten to say, better use yandex the russian browser.

So what was the fix? It would be good to share in case others have the same issue in the future.

IC 603 is integrated controller on machine. It failure to start controller, may be memory faulty or DD?
In all case tech should test with other machine in the area to find and fix issue.

Try rebooting. If not working call the service man
