Help with Magnus 800 Error

When starting up the Magnus 800 Controller software, initialization stops with the following error...

"The startup process failed due to errors. The head type defined on the dongle (Non-Quantum) is different for the head type defined on the MCE board (Quantum)"

There is and always has been a Quantum head in the machine. I have shut everything down three times but can't get past this error.

Anybody have any experience with this error and it's solution?

There is an application called Dongle Manager (usually on desktop of Magnus controller). Open it and check your actual license - is the head Premium or Performance.
Did you swap the head lately?

It may be that your laser is offline... check it in service shell or hyperterminal
