Horizon APC-61II - System Error 2

We have a Horizon APC-61II guillotine since about 2001. It often stops working with a “System Error 2”
There’s nothing in the manual about this error. I’ve contacted Horizon Japan but they have stopped support on the machine.
Anyone come upon it before??
