How to select a job with XML to make an archive

I'm trying to figure out how to select a job when an XML trigger file drops in a hot folder. I can select files but I can't figure out how to use the mark and select tasks to select a job

Go to http://esko.com/support. Choose Product Documentation, Automation Engine from the dropdown, then Complete Manual. Once the manual loads go to the chapter on Tickets and Workflows and select the "Select Job" ticket. That should point you in the right direction.
