IGen4 Double Sided Printing is long on back side

I have a double sided image I'm printing 12X18". The front and back are mirror images but the back side once printed is longer. It starts off on target on the top but once you get to the bottom of the page you can see where it's longer.

Using Fiery 9 interface.

Any ideas?

Looks like the paper is shrinking, do a paper alignment to compensate for it.

I have my fingers crossed that an iGen4 operator would have know this but....

do an image on paper registration. It's typical that the back side, lower right corner of the image isn't properly backed up. Do an image on paper registration exercise and this should correct it.
