Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone could help with an error message I keep getting. Our shop has an HP Indigo 1000 press and recently I have been getting this error message: Hardware vertical offset not calibrated. Run image placement job. Every time I go to print I get this error message and the press just spits out a blank sheet. Our tech can't get to our shop for awhile but he tells me it could be a writing head issue. Has anyone ever experienced this and what is the fix? Could it need a writing head board replacement? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
