Just curios if anyone has the Indigo 12000. What is the experience like?

I ran an Indigo 20000 which is a roll to roll version. Maintenance was very time consuming. Had things to do at morning startup and nightly shutdown.

We run an Indigo 12000 and love it. Maintenance is really what you make of it. If you're high volume your morning start up could be a bit longer with cleaning BID rollers and bases. Our weekly and monthly maintenance you can tend to schedule. Our press is always regarded as well maintained and healthy. We throw a ton of different work at it ranging from lightweight text to heavy synthetics and it tackles all of it. It has its quirks and educating your sales/customer service team on limitations and do's and don't's goes a long way.
