We run an Indigo 12000 and love it. Maintenance is really what you make of it. If you're high volume your morning start up could be a bit longer with cleaning BID rollers and bases. Our weekly and monthly maintenance you can tend to schedule. Our press is always regarded as well maintained and healthy. We throw a ton of different work at it ranging from lightweight text to heavy synthetics and it tackles all of it. It has its quirks and educating your sales/customer service team on limitations and do's and don't's goes a long way.
