Hi
Komori G 37 new one. Pure water conductivity is 600 micro and 1,800 mixed in tank. Please recommend

How often do you De-sensitize the chrome rollers. 600 sounds like very hard water, do you have any plans to install some form of water treatrment. Have your FS supplier look into adding some more Gum Arabic to your font.
Hard Water Indicator: Raw water with conductivity greater than 500 $\mu$mhos/cm is often a candidate for treatment, as it indicates a high level of dissolved mineral salts (like calcium and magnesium ions). The 600 $\mu$mhos/cm reading falls into this category.

For troubleshooting and problem solving for root-cause analysis, it's helpful to compare and contrast, this vs that, before vs after.
Is it happening only with one unit/color?
Is it happening only on one side (gear-drive or button-operator)
If chrome roller is not hydrophilic (desensitized), it will transfer ink.
Is chrome roller routinely cleaned with etch (gum & acid)?
