InSite Force Upload Failure

We have a couple frozen uploads. The customer can't cause them to fail.

Is there any way to force an upload to fail from the server side?

Thank you,
Linda Nivin

First of all, it's better for your customer to clear his/her browser's and Java cache/temporary i-net files.
If this doesn't help. Proceed as in jokes with Mr. Gates - restart and then retry. BTW this is what Kodak will tell you first. It is healthy for the InSite Server to be reboot weekly.

This same customer had a very large upload going at the same time. Fortunately for me, the one they wanted us to fail were frozen.

I'm afraid I might have just used up my "life is working with me" moment. :)

You have to call Kodak representative to clear it. They will dial to your server and clear those failed upload.
