Our RIP Computer went down. I am trying to install the Meta RIP on an Dell computer running XP. I have followed the instruction to the last detail, however when I go to install it one of the fist things it ask for is a password for the administator account I signed into. When I enter it, it tells me it is not the correct password. I even tried running the installer as administrator, the Printect administrator account, I am logged into and it still tells me this. I know this is a long shot, but does anyone have experience with this?
